U.S. customers: pricing includes customs clearance with no hidden import fees. Some countries (e.g., Canada/EU) may assess local taxes or duties at delivery per local regulations.
Made‑to‑order items ship directly from partner factories. In‑stock items ship from our U.S. warehouses (California and Massachusetts) or our EU hubs when available.
