1. Ready-to-Ship Dolls (USA, Canada, EU)
Free 14-Day Returns: If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your doll within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
No Risk Guarantee: If you ever feel the doll you received is a knockoff, imitation, or not as described, we’ll accept the return at no cost to you.
Broken Package on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, you may decline the delivery and we’ll issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
Condition: To qualify, dolls must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
Quality Issues (Within 14 Days): If your doll has any manufacturing or quality defect within 14 days—even if it has been used—we will provide a free exchange.
Process: Contact our customer care team for a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
2. Made-to-Order Dolls (Custom from Factory)
Because these dolls are handcrafted to your specifications, we do not offer general returns. Instead, we provide:
Factory Photos & Videos: Before shipping, you’ll receive proof of your doll’s production for approval.
Free Adjustments: If you’re not satisfied with the head, body, or details, we will make modifications at no extra cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We will not ship your custom doll until you confirm you are happy with the result.
3. Refund Timeline
Ready-to-Ship returns: processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Made-to-Order adjustments: handled before shipping; refunds are considered only in cases of order cancellation before production begins.
4. Exceptions
Dolls returned used or damaged without a quality issue may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees for international returns outside the USA, Canada, or EU may not be fully covered.
